The three-day Advanced Strategic Marketing Leadership Course is an intensive, practical program for marketing leaders and high-potential marketers who want to lift their strategic impact, executive influence, and confidence as leaders. It starts with self-leadership and executive presence, anchored by personality and strengths assessments so participants clearly understand how they lead, how they’re perceived, and what changes most improve their effectiveness.


The course then builds capability across strategy, communication, and people leadership in a clear progression:


  • Day 1: Lead Self
     
    • Executive presence and leadership identity
       
    • Personality assessment debrief (style, triggers, communication flex)
       
    • Strengths assessment debrief (how to lead with strengths, avoid overuse)
       
    • Self-leadership under pressure (motivation, resilience, focus, boundaries)
       
  • Day 2: Lead Direction
     
    • Advanced strategic thinking (diagnosis, choices, trade-offs, measures)
       
    • Executive communication (decision framing, handling pushback)
       
    • Marketing Leadership storytelling (narrative, data storytelling, alignment)
       
  • Day 3: Lead People and Change
     
    • Marketing Team leadership (coaching, motivation, accountability, performance conversations)
       
    • Change management (stakeholders, resistance, adoption planning) and the communication of change
       
    • Working with difficult people (hard conversations, boundaries, conflict dynamics)
      The program finishes with a capstone simulation and a practical action plan participants can take straight back to work.

The three-day Advanced Strategic Marketing Leadership Course is an intensive, practical program for marketing leaders and high-potential marketers who want to increase their strategic impact, executive influence, and leadership confidence. The course begins with self-leadership and executive presence, grounded in personality and strengths assessments so participants understand how they lead at their best—and how they respond under pressure. 


Day 1 focuses on:

  • Executive presence and leadership identity (shifting from functional delivery to enterprise influence)
     
  • Personality debrief (communication preferences, stress patterns, friction points)
     
  • Strengths debrief (leading from strengths, managing overuse, building complementary partnerships)
     
  • Self-leadership systems (motivation, resilience, decision-making, boundaries, leadership cadence)
     

The course then expands into strategy, communication, and people leadership, giving participants tools they can apply immediately in real workplace contexts. 


Day 2 and Day 3 focus on:

  • Advanced strategic thinking: diagnosis, choices/trade-offs, and translating strategy into priorities and measurable outcomes
     
  • Leadership communication & storytelling: To improve presence in the boardroom leaders learn about crafting strategic narratives, storytelling with data, and presenting for decisions with confident Q&A
     
  • Team leadership: motivation, coaching, performance expectations, accountability rhythms, and psychological safety for creative marketing teams
     
  • Change management: stakeholder mapping, coalition building, handling resistance, and adoption planning
     
  • Working with difficult people: boundary-setting, hard conversations, conflict patterns, and managing undermining dynamics.


The program culminates in a capstone simulation where participants present a strategic recommendation, respond to challenge, and leave with a practical action plan for leading a strategic initiative and developing their leadership habits
